Working Day comes with a built-in proxy mode which allows you to mark your clock-ins and clock-outs from your colleague's phone or your manager or any other person within your organisation using Working Day. You can mark your attendance the same way you do by providing additional authentication and a valid reason for marking attendance from a device other than yours. Additional authentication will make sure there is no misuse of the proxy feature.

Every mobile device is unique and while enrolling in the service your admin captures your device's unique identifier and binds your account to this device. Working Day does not allow any logins of your account from any device other than yours. If you happen to lose the device or move to a separate device, you need to re-authorize the new device with admin. This is to ensure your privacy and data are safe and there is no misuse of your account or falsification of data.

If your employer has made the location for clocking in and out strict then you are required to do so from the location.

You will be given a new account with your official email id by your company admin.

Your ID will be deactivated and data will be purged by your old company once you leave the job. Your new company will be giving you a fresh account.

No, you can't use two devices for the same account. If you wish to change your device or use Working Day from another device you will have to enroll the new device with the help of your admin.
